carb counting...the impatient one in me wants the diabetic in me to
hurry the hell up cause she wants it now..the patient one in me thinks
we should wait and see what the bg meter says....the bitch in me wants
to shove the bg meter up Patient ones arse....the woman in me wants the
cake to be double chocolate fudge ....the greedy git doesn't wasn't to
share...the awkward one in me can't decide whethet she wants any or
not...now the little girl in me is throwing a tantrum ...the rebel in me
has joined her but added a teenage twist...

Dear Pancreas,
I'm afraid I have decided to terminate your employment. It has come to
my attention that you have not been doing the job which you have been
employed to do, instead you have, for some time now,shown yourself to be
lazy and clearly have no interest in doing your vital role. As a result
of this we are having to bring outsiders from the sharp-pointy
companies to perform your tasks.
I am sorry that you leave me no choice but to dismiss you for your blatant laziness and inability to perform.
